This year our longest blooming flower was the New Dawn climbing rose. It had blooms up to the beginning of November and maybe into the first week. Even at the end of October there were clematis blooming. And roses. And rosemary. And lavender. <br />And, I have to thank you for all you have posted this summer. I have lists and lists stuck in my 2014 calendar, attributable to your blog.Joanne Noragonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09834682329952369721noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890786265475429448.post-35130683853164208832013-11-19T08:44:20.418-05:002013-11-19T08:44:20.418-05:00Isn't it interesting how we all list different...Isn't it interesting how we all list different plants. No doubt, all of them would be long blooming for all of us, but subtle differences in each garden happen to suit some plants better and make them exceptional bloomers in one place rather than the other. rochefleuriegardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06783773632775842680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890786265475429448.post-38128304645073802502013-11-19T04:51:27.513-05:002013-11-19T04:51:27.513-05:00We bought a purple delosperma this year. The campanula and penstemons did need deadheading to encourage more flowers but the penstemons as still going strong.Sue Garretthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08164518448098182276noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890786265475429448.post-4197229891436862542013-11-18T21:05:39.876-05:002013-11-18T21:05:39.876-05:00Good post!
