If I remember well, it was someone from Honk Kong who offered his collection of bonsais to an institution that would build a building for them and the Montreal Botanical Garden got them. Some are over 200 years old. The Pacific Rim bonsai Collection (which belongs to Weyerhaeuser) near Seatle is also magnificent.rochefleuriegardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06783773632775842680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890786265475429448.post-86541212849074500552013-11-12T14:55:36.690-05:002013-11-12T14:55:36.690-05:00Wow, those are really beautiful! I have tried in the past but will try again, thanks to this inspiring post!!<br />I really like the Figus B. Si les racines restaient exposées, elles ne survivraient pas l'hiver. Enterrées et sous la neige, il n'y a pas de problème et, comme tu le suggères, peut-être qu'elles continuent de pousser!rochefleuriegardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06783773632775842680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890786265475429448.post-63970310096320029072013-11-08T08:05:51.814-05:002013-11-08T08:05:51.814-05:00I am retired - that is how I get the time!I am retired - that is how I get the time!rochefleuriegardenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06783773632775842680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3890786265475429448.post-43950612767470294332013-11-07T09:24:07.370-05:002013-11-07T09:24:07.370-05:00Alain, those are lovely!
